Through 1-on-1 career coaching & guidance, CSO prepares students for their prospective career path, enhances their employability skills, and helps them in job application process to get potential jobs.

Industry leaders and LUMS alumni visit campus to conduct coaching sessions related to career readiness & exploration to develop students' professional & employability skill set.

CSO engages LUMS alumni, industry experts, and HR professionals to conduct mock interviews, which enhances students' interview skills. They share feedback with students to improve communication skills and ace interviews.

Day-long professional career guidance sessions are organized at organizations' offices during summer & winter breaks. Students get an opportunity to get career advice from experienced professionals and to understand organizations' cultures.

CSO connects students with alumni for 1-on-1 guidance to benefit from their professional experiences, as alumni can provide the most suitable advice correlating to their learning and exposure at LUMS with first-hand experience in the industry.

LUMS alumni, who graduated from leading universities, are engaged through panel talks, group sessions, and 1-on-1 sessions to guide students and address their queries related to graduate studies.

CSO organizes Annual Education Fair in which representatives of renowned universities participate. LUMS students, willing to pursue higher studies, meet with university representatives to discuss degree programs & course options, and for understanding the admission criteria to opt for relevant courses and to select a suitable university for further studies.

The representatives of national & international organizations from diverse industries visit the campus to hire from LUMS. CSO also facilitates their written & online tests, assessments, and interviews.

CSO organizes school-specific networking sessions to connect students of the respective schools with experts of relevant industries for networking and career guidance.

CSO facilitates students to secure internships in multiple industries during academic breaks. These internships enhance their professional & employability skills and give them exposure to the work atmosphere. It is also helpful for organizations to identify future recruits.
